I’m Martin Evans, a Philadelphia‑based remote session drummer specialising in organic, live‑played MIDI drums for artists and producers who want the feel of a real player with the flexibility of MIDI. With nearly 40 years of experience and a focus on remote sessions, I deliver song‑first performances with tight pocket, feel, and musical dynamics.

Instead of loop‑hunting or fixing stiff programmed parts, you get a performance tailored to your arrangement, with natural dynamics, pocket, and musicality, ready to drop into your mix and tweak as needed. I’m a song drummer at heart. My goal is always to serve the music and not let ego get in the way. Everything I do is tracked live to keep the performance organic and musical.

Credits include Mike Lawson & Friends featuring Phil Keaggy and Celtic World Orchestra, with releases alongside Iain Hornal and Fiona Joy Hawkins, plus work with emerging artists and songwriters such as Alex Catchings and Henry Louris.

Delivery is within two days. Revisions are included. Project rates for EPs and albums are available on request
